  • To make a group dining reservation, please submit a Group Request Form, and we will respond within 24-48 hours.

  • Yes, there is a three hour time limit for all group reservations.

  • We offer the following menu options for large groups.
    Regular Dining Dinner Menu: for parties up to 35 guests*, from 4:00pm - close.
    Regular Dining Lunch Menu: for parties up to 35 guests*, from 12:00pm - 4:00pm.
    $32 Lunch Prix Fixe Menu: for parties of at least 10 guests, from 12:00pm - 4:00pm.
    $45 Three Course Prix Fixe Menu: for parties of at least 10 guests, from 12:00pm - close.
    $65 Four Course Prix Fixe Menu: for parties of at least 10 guests, from 12:00pm - close.
    Kids Menu: for all guests under the age of 10.

    *Parties over 35 guests must order from one of our prix fixe menus.

  • No, drinks are not included in any of our set menus.

  • No, all guests must order from either a prix fixe menu, or a regular dining menu. All guests must order from the same menu. Kids under the age of 10 can order from the Kids menu - they are not required to order from a dining or prix fixe menu.
    Prix Fixe menus can be altered to accommodate any guests who are vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and/or any other allergy dietary requirements.

  • Yes. We require at least two weeks notice if you would like to create your own custom menu. A Three Course Prix Fixe Menu starts at $50.00 per person, and a Four Course Prix Fixe Menu starts at $70.00 per person. Some premium items may be subject to additional costs. Please speak to the event coordinator if you wish to create a custom menu. We will design and print the custom menu for you, with a personal description and colour palette of your choice.

  • Yes - but any menu that is printed externally must be an exact replication of the IL FORNELLO AJAX menu items and descriptions, and must be approved by the event coordinator prior to your event.

  • Yes. Our full wine list can be found on our website. Please let us know in advance if you plan on ordering bottles of wine for your party, so that your table can be set with wine glasses.

  • Yes! We charge a $20.00 corkage fee per bottle of wine opened. Please let us know in advance if you plan on bringing in your own wine so that your table can be set with wine glasses. The bottles of wine must arrive to the restaurant unopened, and given to the server. The server must be the only person to open the wine. You will only be charged per bottle of wine opened - and are more than welcome to bring any unused bottles home with you.

    Wine is the only alcoholic beverage allowed to be brought into the restaurant. Liquor, beer, or any other alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages are prohibited.

  • No, we do not offer pitchers of soft drinks for large groups. All soft drinks will be billed individually, per order. We offer free-refills on all of our soft drinks.

  • No deposit is required for any of our rooms - but we ask that if you need to cancel your reservation, you let us know as soon as possible.

  • You are more than welcome to bring any decorations you would like - the only thing we do not allow is confetti of any kind.
    If you would like to come in early to decorate the space, please confirm with the event coordinator in advance to ensure the space is set up and ready for you.

  • Absolutely! Please note that we charge a $30.00 Cake Accommodation Fee for any outside dessert brought in. We will provide you with everything you need to cut and serve your cake to your guests - plates, napkins, forks, and a cake knife. If you wish for our staff to cut, plate, and serve your cake as a course, it will be subject to an additional $15.00 cake cutting fee.

  • We offer white linen tablecloths to rent for $2.00 per cloth used. We use one tablecloth per four guests. Tablecloths must be booked in advance.

  • There is a $2,000.00 minimum spend, prior to tax and gratuity, to book the Library room on Friday and Saturday evenings. There is a $2,000.00 minimum spend, prior to tax and gratuity, to book a party over 25 guests in any space on Friday and Saturday evenings.
    There are no other minimum spend requirements.

    There is a $1,500.00 minimum spend, prior to tax and gratuity, to book the Lounge from Sunday - Thursday, and Friday and Saturday afternoons. There is a $2,500.00 minimum spend, prior to tax and gratuity, to book the Lounge on Friday and Saturday evenings.

  • We reserve the right to charge an 18% auto-gratuity for all parties over 10 guests.

  • Yes, we can bill guests individually for drinks. Please let us know your billing requirements prior to your event.
